We invest in companies at various stages of a business’s life cycle from Pre-Seed through Series C financing, and are open to leading or following depending on the stage of company, size of the round, and the syndicate dynamics.  

We concentrate on investing in companies with significant operations in Vermont or nearby geographies.  However, we will consider investing in companies outside of this footprint particularly if we have specific industry expertise or are investing alongside a known lead that is syndicating the round. 

We do not invest in Real Estate, Weapons, Gambling, or non-scalable opportunities.  We seek out ventures that have:

• Solid teams with relevant domain experience
• Large market opportunities
• Clearly demonstrable value propositions
• Well-reasoned business models
