GetWellNetwork, Inc. today announced the availability of GetWell@Home, the industry's first comprehensive interactive patient care platform to address the full spectrum of the patient's journey -- from pre-admission to in-patient hospital stay and extending to home after discharge. For the first time, patients will go home after discharge with the same 24X7 access to personal care plans, medication teaching, and personal health information that they received during their hospital stay.
