The Bank of America Tower, also known as One Bryant Park, is a 2.1 million-square-foot building currently under construction in New York City. This high-profile project, described as “the world’s greenest skyscraper,” is designed to be one of the most ecologically friendly and highly efficient buildings in the world. Commenting on the decision to use Aircuity’s OptiNet system, Bob Fox, partner at Cook Fox, said, “We want to change the way people think about buildings, and the OptiNet system will help by allowing our building to think about people.”
