In a state that by some measures ranks 43rd in venture capital investing, the new Middlebury-based FreshTracks Capital Limited Partnership hopes to make a significant difference in keeping good ideas in Vermont and helping home-grown businesses expand. One reason these investors trust FreshTracks' future is that two highly experienced Champlain Valley investment experts are at the helm.
