Two venture capitalists here have raised $20 million to invest in young Vermont companies. In a state that ranks 43rd in venture capital investment, the injecntion of capital promises to be a boost for local businesses and will lure others to locate in the state, said FreshTracks Capital managing directors Charlie Kireker and Cairn Cross.
